I think the tape produced using pixelvision to which you are referring was
made by Michael O'Reilly and is distributed by Video Databank (at the School
of the Art Institute of Chicago.) The title is "Glass Jaw."  Even if this
isn't the one you're thinking of, it is a remarkable work and worth viewing.
