As far as I know, the colorization was to be done, digitally, by American
Film Technologies, Inc. (AFT) Well, AFT went bankrupt. Since that time,
AFT has been resurrected and is out of bankruptcy, but is not colorizing
again just yet. CSt Entertainment is colorizing though, for MGM/UA and
just colorized 71 episodes of the Hal Roach "The Little Rascals" for
Hallmark Entertainment/King World/Beta Film.

Sooner or later, "Breathless" will get colorized.
