Welcome to the merry world of film rental.
 
It is not unusual that neither the producer nor the theatrical distributor
knows where else it is being distributed.
 
There used to be an annual directory of 16mm features, edited by
Jim Limbacher (I think).  I have no further knowledge of either the film or the
directory except to note that if the film is some old, it may be listed in
one of the earlier versions of the directory even if it is no longer being
published.
