shooting in the capitol

I wish I could figure out how to get in touch with somebody about using the Indiana state Capitol for the Senate scenes in Timon, but the Film Commission has been no help. I'm told they're only good for getting streets closed off and such things, leaving the principal work to the filmmaker. If pros could get into a Capitol building for free...
"The "Legally Blonde" film crew will be using the Capitol at no cost. "Where the real money is, comes when they go to restaurants and hotels,"
Hudgins said."
