Suarez's book has fairly thorough bibliographical references to most of the
published material on Smith, but you should really pick up the new collection
of Smith's writings, Wait for Me at the Bottom of the Pool (Ed Leffingwell
and J. Hoberman, eds., High Risk Books, 1997).  Leffingwell has compiled a
complete annotated bibliography of articles, essays, etc. by and about Smith.
 A definite must.
