The two main distributors of Yiddish language cinema are
Ergo Video: www.jewishvideo.com
and
Brandeis University's National Centre for Jewish Film:
www.brandeis.edu/jewishfilm/

Both are distributors of NTSC tapes (and remind me, Australia is SECAM?).

Now, if anyone out there knows how to get alternative rights, i.e. for PAL
distribution, please let me know.
