My name is Stan Jacobs, and I am a student at UCLA.  I am trying to do some
research on special makeup effects, including prosthetic makeup and creating
removable masks, etc.
 
I would be interested in hearing some suggestions from anyone on where I
should look for information; on any production places that I might visit to
observe; of special areas which I should investigate; and any other
information which might be of interest.
 
I am very interested in visiting a makeup set during production, to see how
makeup work is actually done.  Do you know of any way that I could do this?
