The meat documentary is likely the one upon which the Simpson's parody was
based, an industrial film by Hormel which includes a remarkable account of
its massive SPAM factory. This film is not, as far as I know, in
distribution (and it's not on Prelinger's released Ephemeral FIlms). YOu
might contact STock Shot companies to see if you could purchase a copy but
they are likely to charge you a lot of money--but worth a try. Archive
FIlms in NYC has a copy; you may be able to get a dub with time code on it
for their standard $100 research fee. Or contact someone like Rick
Prelinger directly.
