The English Dept. at the U. of Pennsylvania maintains such a database at
the following address: <www.english.upenn.edu/CFP/archive/Film>.  You will
have to wade through about two-and-a-half years' worth of CFPs to get to
the current ones, but it's definitely worth it.  By the way, you can also
subscribe to UPenn's listserv to receive the CFPs by e-mail as they come
out.  There's more information about this service at the above URL (just
cut off the address after the "CFP").
