How about:
        Tell Them Willie Boy is Here (1969); Thunderheart (?? Val Kilmer as
Native FBI agent returning to a reserve), Black Robe, Clear-cut (Canadian);
the National Film Board of Canada has an interesting 4-part, 1-hour each
fictional series called Daughters of the Country about native women and
Euro-Canadians throughout history.
