There are various TV biographies and documentaries on quantum physics,
relativity, Eisenstein, et al., but for relatively recent and popular
titles, you might try the late Carl Sagan's COSMOS series for PBS and
Erroll Morris's A BRIEF HISTORY OF TIME, based on the Stephen Hawking
book (and featuring Hawking as well).
