CALL FOR PAPERS
WORKSHOP:  EVERYBODY CAN-CAN AT THE MOULIN ROUGE
A film text as "open" as Baz Luhrman's Moulin Rouge invites a number of
theoretical and discursive approaches.  This workshop will consider the film
as it relates to authorship, stardom, genre, music, postmodernism, industry
