could any of you technologically-informed subscribers briefly explain the
differences between (and rate from best to worst) the following theater sound
systems?
 
HPS4000
Kintek
Digital
Dolby SR
 
does the quality ever vary depending on what the film was recorded in?
 
also, should one always opt for a THX theater if one's available?  are the
sound setups in THX theaters generally as good as, better, worse than any/all
of these others?
