Interim Chair position available at California State University, Monterey Bay: Beginning in Fall 07 or Spring 08
Seeking an Interim Chair for Department of Teledramatic Arts and Technology for 1-2 year appointment, to help transition program into a new School of the Arts. The position could be a part-time appointment, or full-time with some teaching
responsibility. Campus housing available, salary commensurate with experience. Prior administrative experience and excellent management skills required.
TAT is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary department which combines film, video, radio broadcast and new media. The program, which currently has 250 majors, has a strong production component, complemented with a deep commitment to teaching critical
thinking and analytical skills.
Knowledge of California State University system and/or outcomes-based learning a plus.
