Should SCREEN-L be moderated?

The initial response to my query has been running about 70-30 in favor
of >not< moderating SCREEN-L.

If you have any further comments, please send them to me privately as I
think we've about covered all the arguments on SCREEN-L.

Thank you to all who have voiced an opinion one way or another about this.
