I'll second Leo's suggestion of Dr. Caligari...
 
and raise him Diary of a Lost Girl and one of my camp faves, Reform
School Girls with the darling Wendy O. Williams. She's no Louise Brooks
but still packs a mean wallop. One of the few good "girl" punches on the
silver screen.
