mention has been continuously made of hamilton's sara o'conner in T2
perhaps she has become the archtype for the question that has been proposed
the last few days on the List
in this regard, angela bassett attempts something comparable in strange days
but fails miserably
perhaps because hamilton created the role first, perhaps, the direction
was far superior, perhaps because it was easier for hamilton playing
against a cyborg/schwarzneggar
in strange days, bassett seems almost too masculine in her zeal to
protect her lover, the fiennes character
having seen bigelow's previous film"point break", i have to concur with
lang thompson that her films are pretty uninvolving at best
and she frequently juxtaposes male/film roles
