Conference organizers invite proposals for individual papers, complete
sessions, or panels on the following:
 
o Artistic Trends in the 1990s: Remakes, 1960s Nostalgia, New City Cinema;
 
o Producing and Marketing Hong Kong Films: The Business of Films;
 
o Work on Individual Directors or Genres;
 
o Eastern Culture and Western Theory
 
o Asian Cinema in a Western Context/ Western Cinema in an Asian Context;
 
o Approaching 1997.
