I am currently doing research on mannersim in the post-classical Hollywood
cinema and I'd be interested to know if anyone can recommend any material
on:

i) Mannerism in the cinema

ii) Deal-making and packaging in contemporary Hollywood

iii) The way in which deals are constructed in Hollywood, through agents
etc., affects the aesthetic of the final product.
