I've stumbled across another way to get a list of library on-line
catalogs (which may be accessed over Internet).
 
Just send a piece of mail to:
 
[log in to unmask]
 
And, in the very first line of your message (after the header with the
address information), put the following command:
 
GET LIBRARY PACKAGE
 
Four text files will be sent to you from the University of New Mexico
(UNMVM).  The list is co-authored by Art St. George (University of New
Mexico) and Ron Larsen (University of Maryland).
 
This ought to be easier than using FTP...
