Whenever anyone wants recommendations for films or videos on a particular
theme, I can resist recommending something in Spanish. A good film,
available for sale on video and with subtitles in the US, is Adolfo
Aristarain's _Time for Revenge_ (_Tiempo de revancha_). It is an
Argentine film that, amazingly, was able to be released in 1982 (the last
year of the recent military dictatorship). The role of the lawyer in this
film is not exactly flattering--by threatening to sue he aids the
protagonist to pull off a scam. But since the company is corrupt and the
protagonist is a persecuted union leader who has had to seek work under a
false identity, maybe the lawyer is not so bad after all.
