One other interesting set of credits is on Powell & Pressbuger's "I Know
Where I'm Going" in which the credits are printed on several real objects,
like a milk wagon, factory gates, various signs, etc.

Oh, and that reminds me of the early Ealing comedy, "Hue and Cry" (1946) in
which the credits (in this film about a gang of kids) are scrawled in chalk
on various walls like rude graffiti. Of course, "West Side Story" cribbed
this idea in 1961.
