I don't know if this is what you are referring to, but I remember Chris
Marker being involved in such a project a few years back.  However, I
couldn't find anything about it on IMDB or on Adrian Miles site
http://cs.art.rmit.edu.au/projects/media/marker/ .

I saw a screening of the programs at the "Montreal Festival of New Video
and Cinema", and I believe the screening included a short by Marker
about these young filmmakers .... Slon-Tango ... I'm not sure.
