You win so far for most original.

You may be interested to know that we included an excerpt from  
Schivelbusch in an anthology called Reading about Film 8 years ago.  
The anthology only appeared on the DVD of How to Read a Film. It was  
my co-editor's find. Glad to get confirmation of its value!
