In 1994 the German independent documentary filmmakers Hannes Karnick and
Wolfgang Richter produced a feature length documentary on American
Forces Network broadcasting after WWII in Europe, especially in Germany.
The title is "Radio Star - The AFN Story". There are remarkable
statements on "Frauleins" included, for example by Bill Boyd, late LA
