What's the name/description of the class? You could play around with the
antagonism between Khan and Kirk. How about "Paradise Lost?" Khan was a
superman, instead of a fallen angel, but it might be a start to generate
some ideas. You also have his exile to
Whatever-the-name-of-the-planet-was. Kirk thought it kinder than killing
him, but the planet turned into a hell after that solar disturbance.
There's also Khan's whole attitude of "better to rule in Hell than serve
in heaven." He'd rather rule that hell planet than rot in some
comfortable prison, or be "rehabilitated."
 
Also, Khan pursues Kirk's destruction to the point of obsession. You
could use the "tragic flaw" angle found in most tragic characters
(MacBeth, Oedipus, etc.).
