Oh, jeez, you win.
 
Why does that stuff ("hommages" in "Ren and Stimpy" and "Simpsons"
[and "Hot Shots Part Deux"]) make me feel like my cultural heritage
has been plundered?  Seems to me like the comic equivalent of
sentimentality, defined as "unearned emotion."
 
I must be too pompous for POMO.
