Wow! It's hard to think of a movie that DOESN'T feature a psychological
disorder. But you might start with "The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari"; "Secrets of
a Soul"; "Private Worlds"; "The Snake Pit"; "Freud"; "Awakenings"; "Lady in
the Dark"...Even "Mrs. Skeffington" has a dandy shrink scene.
 
If these films are unfamiliar to you, try "Halliwells' Film Guide"
(Harper/Collins) for details.
