I'm not sure if it's what you want but you might try the movie "Killing Zoe".
 There are some great fast speed car sequences in the beginning.<<
 
Don't forget the heroin induced visuals in the car ride in the middle of
the film.  Cinematographer Tom Richmond used a lens on a bellows
extension for those shots and then drove around  city at night with the
carload of horseheads.
