"Shattered" isn't about twins, but it does feature a man trying to regain
his memory after a car wreck that disfigured him. His wife nurses him
back to health. However, he finds evidence that she was having an affair
and was plotting to kill her husband. The twist is, the protaganist turns
out to really be her lover, who was disfigured when they killed her real
husband. She gave the plastic surgeons pictures of her husband, and had
her lover assume his place. Bit of an identity crisis.
