REALITY TELEVISION is the focus of the recently-published issue
of Film & History.  Special Editors are Ken Dvorak (San Jacinto  CC)
and Julie Taddeo (U of Maryland) with articles on the major "House"  programs 
from PBS and some additional efforts in Australia along the "Historical  
Homes" line.
(Colonial House, Manor House, 1940s House, Frontier House, etc.)

how interesting they were in their exploration of values, identity,
and history via "reality TV."
