Re:  Significant meals in films
 
        Off the top of my head, the first meal that came to mind was the
memorable erotic dinner in TOM JONES, where Tom meets the woman who will be said
to be his mother; another is the famous dinner in John Huston's THE DEAD;
another is the meal preparation in FRIDA, NATURALEZA VIVA, where Frida's
homosexuality is strongly suggested.  And, as you said, there are thousands,
I'm sure.  I'd be interested in the results.  Susana Conde
