With all due respect to the instructor making this assignment, it is
ridiculous.  It's only value, in so far as I can tell, is as a series of
straight lines.  And in that way it is an excellent primer for budding joke
writers.  Which, by the way, is an excellent way to launch producing and
directing careers in television.  Must be a trick assignment.  That's it.
