urban legend has it that the climactic kiss in VERTIGO is
the longest in film history, a claim that probably ought not
either be taken seriously or even investigated as it's little
more than trivia[l] . . . whatever the status of that claim, it's
certainly a kiss that deserves inclusion in any compilation
of screenkiss
