Could the problem be that those who are having trouble subscribing to TV-L
are not using a Bitnet-Internet gateway? I just subscribed to TV-L earlier
today as well, and I used the gateway at CUNY by sending my SUB TV-L
command to <[log in to unmask]>. It seems to be an
active list, by the way.
