Siskel and Ebert addressed the National Press Club on June 8, 1995.
During this presentation Ebert said that "Variety did a very
interesting analysis of [Michael] Medved's figures, showing that his
book and his figures are completely erroneous." The reference is to
the boxoffice success of PG over R rated films. Does anyone have the
Variety citation, know of this study, or can direct me to locating it?
I suspect it appeared in Daily Variety. Thanks for any help you can
provide.
