        Mr. Gerima was in the auditorium when the film was screened and he
told the story of financial difficulties both during production &
distribution.  He is travelling with the film himself and he is relying
on word of mouth for publicity.
        Please, go see the film.  Tell your students to go.  It is a superb
testimony of American culture.  I hope we will be able to talk about it
more on the list.
