LORRIE HULL, Ph.D., author of the best selling book, "Strasberg's Method As
Taught by Lorrie Hull," was a world expert and master teacher at the inter-
national Stanislavski Conference in Paris-along with Moscow Art Theatre
instructors. She taught 12 years for Lee
Strasberg and 5 years for the American Film Institute's Public Service
Programs.Lorrie has been an acting coach for Hollywood studios, as well as
conducted seminars and workshops world-wide.
 
WILLIAM SMITHERS, ACTOR AND DIRECTOR, won the Obie and World Theatre Awards
in New York City, was a regular on "Dallas " for 6 years and has appeared in
over 400 stage, TV & film roles.Bill received the Obie award as Treplev in
Checkov's "The Sea Gull," and played a leading role in Frank Gilroy's "Who'll
Save the Plowboy?"(Obie Award for Best Off-Broadway Play of the Year). Bill's
Theatre World Award was won for playing Tybalt in the Olivia DeHavilland pro-
duction of "Romeo and Juliet." Mr. Smithers latest project has been directing
"The Method" video, so the video would be informative to the average person, as
well as instructional for actors, directors and teachers.
