Alison McKee (I am too upset at the moment to remember if it's one
or two "l"s) has been one of my favorite voices on this list. Her
considerable learning has obviously been grounded in experience, and
the style with which she expresses her thoughts is as interesting as
their content. I am deeply sorry to have contributed to the rancor
that drove her from this list.
Unfortunately, in my distress I deleted her message. I would like
to be one of those who notifies her when this list returns to more
civil and respectful forms of disagreement. I would be grateful if
one of her friends would privately forward to me her e-mail address.
Again, I seriously regret the distress I have contributed to on this
list.
