Dear List Members

There have been many film to novel adaptations. One thing that intrigued
me about "Conspiracy Theory" was that the novel preceeded the film, and
was in a sense an advertisment for it rather than an attempt to
capitalize on an existing film's established popularity. The use of
novels adapted from unreleased films seems recent.

Is it?

Thanks.
