David Kintsfather writes:
"I am teaching a course in television literacy using _Teleliteracy: Taking
Television Seriously_ by David Bianculli, Continuum, 1992. This is a
very readable and humorous look at the TV medium. It is rumored to be
appearing soon in paperback.

Bianculli is TV critic for the Philadelphia Inquirer and NY Post (I think)."

Bianculli also reports and reviews for Public Radio (I've heard him, I
think, on both MORNING EDITION and ALL THINGS CONSIDERED).

(Perhaps on FRESH AIR as well)
