Having recently survived close inspection in a budget-reduction exercise
(our administration calls it "re-positioning"), I wonder if any other
university film programs have affected by the epidemic of retrenchment
afflicting academe. I know that Maryland and Ohio State are in danger of
extinction (write on their behalf...it only costs 29 cents and can't hurt),
but who else?
