_Iris:  a journal of theory on image and sound_ invites papers for a special
issue, to be edited by DN Rodowick at the University of Rochester, on the
IMPACT OF THE PHILOSOPHY OF GILLES DELEUZE ON FILM THEORY.  The editor
welcomes papers on the influence of Deleuze's 2 volume theory of film or his
other philosophical work, either alaone or with Felix Guattari, on questions
of film, photography, painting, or theories of the image or sound.
