A while back Bert asked about writings on Leni Riefenstahl.  I just ran into
another title on the shelves of our library: TRIUMPH OF THE WILL: THE IMAGE OF
THE THIRD REICH (Wakefield, New Hampshire: Longwood Academic Press, 1991).
 
I could only glance through its almost 300 pages.  It may not be definitive,
but it certainly seems exhaustive.
