In response to the request for critical information on Greenaway, I recall a
recent article in FILM QUARTERLY, perhaps the Winter issue, that provided
background on Greenaway's reading and visual interests.
 
I'm sorry that I can't be more definitive, but I'm not in the office at the
moment.
 
By the way, for Greenaway fans, I saw an advertisement on CINEMAX (cable
movie channel) for Greenaway's DROWNING BY NUMBERS.  It will be broadcast
this month.
