Another example, would be Clint Eastwood in Heartbreak Ridge. A mediocre
film at best, nonetheless, Eastwood has packed the movie choc full of ole'
salty marine corps jargon. Eastwood plays a hard-nosed, gung-ho,
old-school, Marine Corps drill sergeant who takes over a bunch of young
recruits who no one else wanted. You fill in the rest. Yes, it's
predictable and silly at times, however, nobody delivers a tough-guy line
better then Eastwood.

Some other options are:

Apocalypse Now
Deer Hunter
Platoon
Boys from Company C

Good luck,

Gregg
