The mission of the festival is to promote the works of independent Northwest filmmakers by producing a festival that provides exposure to films made in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and British Columbia, Canada. Films must have been filmed entirely in the Pacific Northwest with budgets under $100,000.00. Films will be screened in 35mm, 16mm, 3/4"*, 1/2*" (*productions shot on film but edited on video are eligible for screening) Deadline for VHS submissions is December 2, 1994.
