As a collector of silent films, yes, I have ordered from Foothill, and I
wouldn't really recommend them very highly.  Their prints tend to be
pretty poor, and I think (though I can't be sure I'm remembering the
tape correctly) that they've even had some without music.  I'd try
places like Video Yesteryear and Grapevine Video first -- they both
have good selections of silents and consistently better quality
prints.
