I'm trying to find out if there is a video of a movie called
_The Man on the Roof_. It is Swedish and possibly directed by
Bo Widerberg (_Elvira Madigan_?_) It is based by a mystery
novel written by Per Wahloo and Maj Sjowal with the central
character Swedish police detective, Martin Beck. The novel is
one of ten? about this character. I'd be very interested in
learning about any other dramatizations of any of these novels
and where I might get the videos. (There is one Americanized
version I know of - _The Laughing Policeman_ starring Walter
Mattheau as Detective Jake Martin with the setting changed to
San Francisco.) Any help in this will be appreciated. I don't
