P/T Lect Black US Film at Tufts University for Fall 2021 (remote or in person) *Description* The Film and Media Studies Program at Tufts University is searching for a part-time lecturer for Fall 2021 to teach a course at the undergraduate level in U.S.-based Black film studies. While the course may focus on particular periods, movements, trends, styles, and filmmakers, it should offer a broad overview of the subject in all its richness and diversity, and should cover filmmakers working both within and outside Hollywood. Teaching may require in person, hybrid or remote assignments. *Qualifications* A Ph.D. degree in Film Studies or a related field, as well as experience teaching at the college level, are preferred but advanced ABD are also welcome to apply.
